Job summary

Halcyon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the endpoint product area. You will shape strategy, drive it from problem definition through GA and iteration, and be accountable for outcomes.

You will collaborate with a highly technical engineering team while ensuring customer outcomes and business objectives are met. You will engage with enterprise security teams in roadmap reviews and executive briefings, balancing technical depth with the value delivered to executive buyers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with senior or lead experience.
• Endpoint experience: agent-based software that runs on customer machines.
• B2B enterprise products sold to external customers.
• Strong technical aptitude to work with a highly technical engineering team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers and executives.
• Willingness to travel 30–40%, often in concentrated stretches.

Responsibilities

• Shape endpoint strategy and translate objectives into a roadmap.
• Define scope, sequence work, and manage tradeoffs.
• Drive initiatives from discovery to GA and post-launch iteration.
• Report on adoption, retention, deal impact; shipping is not the finish line.
• Meet with enterprise customers to validate problems before solutions.
• Represent the product in roadmap reviews, executive briefings, and technical deep dives with security teams.
• Turn scattered feedback into a defensible point of view.
