Job summary

Halcyon seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the endpoint product area. You will shape strategy, drive the roadmap, and own outcomes with a highly technical engineering team. This is a customer-facing role involving enterprise security teams, executive briefings, and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Support.

You will travel 30–40% and work remotely from the United States, partnering with a distributed global team to deliver impact in a fast-moving security platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with senior or lead experience.
• Endpoint experience and shipping agent-based software.
• Experience selling to external customers in a B2B context.
• Strong written and verbal communication with engineers and executives.
• Willingness to travel ~30–40% to customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the endpoint product area, shaping strategy and a roadmap.
• Define scope, sequence work, and make tradeoff calls with leadership.
• Drive initiatives from discovery through GA and iteration.
• Report on adoption, retention, and deal impact; shipping is not the finish line.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers in roadmap reviews and deep dives.
