Job summary

Unison, a San Francisco‑based fintech, is hiring a Product Manager to own the operations technology platform, including Salesforce CRM, automation, and AI agent layers. The role requires hands-on integration skills and a technical mindset to align product delivery with business goals.

The position is hybrid with a requirement of three in-office days at our Omaha, NE location, working with stakeholders across Operations, Underwriting, Fulfillment, Servicing, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of product management experience with internal tools or B2B SaaS.
• Deep Salesforce experience and understanding of the data model.
• Integration fluency: REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and event-driven design.
• Experience with marketing automation and AI agents.
• Working knowledge of loan origination or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap and prioritization for Salesforce, automation, integrations, and AI.
• Map end-to-end workflows across account management, underwriting, funding, servicing.
• Collaborate with Marketing Cloud to enhance customer journeys and consent management.
• Identify AI opportunities, define guardrails, and measure success metrics.
• Translate requirements into user stories and lead agile delivery with Salesforce team.
• Establish metrics, instrument them, and iterate based on data.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy-vs-configure decisions to align business and tech.
