Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and clients to translate business requirements into Sage Intacct–driven software solutions.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in accounting, MIS or CS, 5+ years of consulting experience with Sage Intacct or ERP/financial apps, strong Excel skills, and proven project management and client communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or CS.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics to solve complex problems.
• Experience assessing client requirements across various business processes.
• Programming/coding experience is a nice-to-have for translating requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements with client stakeholders and define solutions.
• Design, document and test software solutions with development teams.
• Conduct training for customer end-users and relate system functionality to business needs.
• Coordinate project delivery to meet timelines and budgets.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and latest features.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Customer Success.
