Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager in the United States. You will work with developers, project managers and clients to translate business requirements into software solutions within Sage Intacct and other ERP/financial platforms.

The role offers opportunities for career growth, client-facing engagements, and collaboration across Professional Services, Sales, Support and Marketing teams. Must have 5+ years of consulting experience and strong Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications or SaaS solutions.
Experience communicating with customers/end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
Bachelor's degree in accounting/MIS/CS or related field and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Define and translate client requirements into software solutions with strong customer adoption.
Collaborate with clients, developers and project managers to design, test and implement Sage Intacct-based solutions.
Develop project plans and support on-time, on-budget delivery.
Provide user training and document business requirements into system specifications.
Support post-implementation issues and coordinate with Services, Sales and Support teams.
