Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and customers to translate business requirements into software solutions with high customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate across teams, gather requirements, and ensure successful software deployment and adoption while leveraging Sage Intacct expertise and ERP/financial know-how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• Five (5)+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and support the development of software solutions ensuring high customer satisfaction and adoption.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate into technical specs.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and latest features.
• Define roll-out of developed solutions integrating with Sage Intacct based on business processes.
