Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate business requirements into software solutions that maximize customer satisfaction and adoption.

The role collaborates with developers, project managers, and clients to deliver scalable Sage Intacct integrations, with opportunities for growth and cross-functional teamwork across Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and CS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science is required.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues, modifications, and new software deployment is desired.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for designing and supporting the development of software solutions that lead to high customer satisfaction.
• Gather requirements with key client stakeholders, translate them into specifications, coordinate with development, test units and integrations, train, and transition to professional services.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct core and advanced modules and stay updated with product features.
• Define and support the rollout of solutions that integrate with Sage Intacct based on client processes and best practices.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
