Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to lead our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You’ll own problem discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, and adoption across our safety portfolio, including 3E Protect, working with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts.

You’ll shape solutions, balance customer value with business priorities, and drive measurable outcomes while operating with ambiguity and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years of experience in product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or a related field.
• B2B SaaS product management experience with enterprise platforms is preferred.
• Experience taking problems from discovery through delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, or replacing business software or applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from problem discovery through planning, delivery, adoption, and improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear requirements, priorities, and solution approaches.
• Clarify needs, risks, trade-offs, and success measures in ambiguous situations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams across planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvements.
• Focus on measurable outcomes: adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and business impact.
