Job summary

Snap Inc in Los Angeles is seeking a Product Manager to lead safety and law enforcement-focused initiatives within the Product team. You will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap to build trusted, compliant experiences on Snapchat, working with engineers, researchers, and designers.

You will own key metrics, conduct data-driven analyses, and collaborate across regulatory and cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 4+ years building and shipping products at a technology company; OR a Masters and 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in trust & safety, anti-abuse, or regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for high impact safety, law enforcement and regulatory compliance areas to gain trust with external stakeholders and improve safety on Snapchat.
• Define goals and own performance against key business metrics for community safety and law enforcement compliance, and drive accountability towards those goals.
• Evolve continuously by identifying and sizing new opportunities via data insights, user research, and design thinking.
• Drive the team's roadmaps and execution end-to-end—from planning to design to development and launch with clear documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand regulatory and compliance requirements and define solutions to meet obligations.
