Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Lead for Trust & Safety Global Operations & Enablement in New York to drive safety workflows and partner with Policy, Legal, Product and Engineering. You will lead a team of T&S Specialists, shape end-to-end safety processes, and implement data-driven improvements across time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience reviewing sensitive content with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with data visualization capability.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to implement tools and solutions.

• Provide leadership for a growing Trust & Safety team and act as a subject matter expert in workflows.
• Enhance operational workflows and drive scalable automated solutions.
