Qualifications

• 1+ year of technical leadership or engineering management.
• Experience delivering production software in mobile/security environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing mobile safety team.
• Set direction across account integrity, authentication & compliance.
• Drive delivery on high-urgency projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Legal, Trust & Safety and backend teams.
• Raise engineering quality, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Mentor engineers and develop senior leaders.
