Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Lead for Trust & Safety Global Operations & Enablement to oversee a team in NY and coordinate across time zones. You will partner with Policy, Legal, Product, and Engineering to implement safety workflows while tackling sensitive content and regulatory matters.

You will drive process improvements, leverage data visualization tools, and contribute to scalable enforcement guidance across cross-functional teams, including product and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with ability to attract, motivate and retain talent.
• Experience reviewing sensitive content with meticulous attention.
• History identifying gaps and implementing new processes in policy/ops.
• Strong analytical skills and data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a growing team of T&S Specialists and become a subject matter expert.
• Improve workflows by identifying focus areas and implementing changes.
• Collaborate with global safety partners and strengthen relationships.
• Use data to influence decisions and highlight emerging issues.
• Manage escalations and balance business needs with constraints.
• Lead end-to-end resolutions for time-sensitive inquiries from users.
• Deliver projects within the Safety roadmap including training and evaluation.
• Identify ways to automate and scale internal processes.
• Follow industry trends to develop Snap’s T&S thought leadership.
