HomeServe USA is seeking a Product Manager to join the Product Management team in Norwalk, CT. You will define product lines, contribute to roadmaps, and coordinate with Partner Success, Legal, Marketing, and other functions to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes leading cross-functional initiatives, managing metrics, and driving product development across multiple lines with a strong focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6-8 years relevant work experience.
• Experience analyzing reports and identifying key trends.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize on a short-term and long-term basis to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop roadmaps for assigned product lines with a focus on improving customer experience and product performance.
• Act as product lead and manage relationships with the Partner Success team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to meet customer, client, and regulatory needs.
• Serve as main point of contact for the contact center on product questions.
• Develop and report on key product metrics and competitive analysis.
