Job summary

HomeServices of America in Eden Prairie, MN, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve key products within the HomeServices Technology Platform. This role combines strategy, roadmapping, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable customer and business impact.

You will partner with engineering, design, data, and leadership to drive outcomes, manage the product backlog, and lead end-to-end delivery with a focus on experimentation and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex digital products.
• Experience running A/B tests, experiments, or data-driven optimization programs.
• Experience with Digital Experience Platforms such as PostHog, Optimizely, Google Analytics, FullStory, etc.
• Experience partnering with designers to conduct usability studies and feedback sessions.
• Experience in real estate, marketplace, or transaction-based software preferred.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and design collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for assigned platforms, domains, or customer journeys in alignment with company objectives.
• Translate high-level goals into a clear, outcome-driven roadmap with defined success metrics.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Backlog ownership: write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data to ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and remove blockers to keep teams aligned on goals.
• Monitor product performance using quantitative and qualitative data, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead discovery activities to uncover unmet needs and validate solutions before development.
