Manages product launch materials, including user documentation, marketing collateral, and demonstrations.
Measures and reports product performance and quality while optimizing the customer experience.
Makes periodic visits to field locations, trade shows, and conferences to gather market intelligence.
Provides guidance, coaching, and feedback to junior product managers.
