HomeServe USA is seeking a Product Manager to join the Product Management team in Norwalk, CT. You will define product lines, develop roadmaps, and coordinate with Partner Success, Marketing, and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

• 6-8 years relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience analyzing reports and identifying key trends.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize on a short-term and long-term basis to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Must possess initiative, balanced judgment, objectivity, and the ability to plan.
• Ability to take direction and work toward completion of a goal while communicating progress and roadblocks as appropriate.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a thorough understanding of and serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product lines.
• Drive the development of product roadmaps for assigned product lines with a goal to improve customer experience and product performance.
• Act as product lead for and manage relationship with assigned Partner Success team.
• Work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to ensure we are meeting customers, clients, and compliance needs.
• Serve as a key point of contact for our contact center regarding product questions.
• Develop and report on key product metrics as necessary.
• Conduct competitive analysis to help understand gaps and inform future product development.
• Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
