Your Impact

• Collaborate with global teams to design and bring new high-quality lighting products to market.
• Optimize product offerings for cost, lead times, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Research market needs and gather customer insights.
• Assess market competition with sales teams.
• Support customers with technical issues and queries.
• Interpret engineering details and produce user-friendly materials.
• Work with Marketing to provide technical guidance, assist with packaging, and proofread marketing content.
• Coordinate product safety certifications.
• Gather feedback from sales for new product opportunities and evaluate feasibility.
• Conduct competitive analysis on new products to inform marketing and sales strategies.
• Create sales tools, define product features, and develop application and benefit materials.
• Assist in creating technical documentation like product spec sheets.

What you bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-4 years of product management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Positive team player with strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Understanding of lighting industry and products; experience with LED drivers, modules, and emergency lighting preferred.
• Willingness to travel minimally (<10%).
