As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our product management practices, encouraging innovation, and delivering customer-focused products. The ideal candidate will understand the constraints from various business functions such as marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy. Building a deep knowledge of our users and analyzing customer engagement data are also key responsibilities. Additionally, tracking industry trends and the competitive landscape relevant to our products is expected.

What You'll Do Here

  1. Collaborate with product and portfolio management leadership to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and objectives.
  2. Work with the research and design team to conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze industry trends to find opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  3. Apply customer-centric methodologies, such as user research, interviews, and data analysis, to identify customer problems and validate solutions.
  4. Conduct rapid prototyping, user testing, and iterative feedback to refine products and ensure market fit.
  5. Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  6. Engage with engineering, design, and other teams to prioritize features and define release plans based on customer value, feasibility, and outcomes.
  7. Use agile methodologies and customer-centric principles to promote iterative development and continuous improvement.
  8. Work closely with engineering teams to define user stories, prioritize backlog items, and ensure high-quality releases.
  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  10. Support product launches, drive adoption, and facilitate successful market entry.
  11. Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather user feedback for ongoing improvement.
  12. Conduct post-release evaluations, retrospectives, and A/B testing to inform future enhancements and strategic decisions.

Skills You'll Need Here

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
  3. At least 2 years of experience working on technology-powered products in roles such as product manager, designer, engineer, data analyst, scientist, or researcher.
  4. Ability to learn multiple business functions like engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
  5. Skill in solving complex problems with many constraints, assessing risks, and presenting well-structured, data-informed narratives.
  6. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and leadership.

Compensation

Our comprehensive rewards package supports and empowers employees. The full base pay range for this position is $77,100.00 - $100,000.00 USD, with individual pay varying based on factors like experience, location, and qualifications.
