My client has a full time remote opening for a Digital Product Manager. You must have experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Telephony Systems such as Genesys. Client prefers candidates in the Greater Philly area.
The Digital Product Manager is responsible for the vision, prioritization, and delivery of the call center experience for consumers and internal agents, focusing on the integration between the Genesys Telephony System and Salesforce. Acting as both a strategic Product Manager and technical Product Owner, this role drives the product roadmap, fosters a customer-first methodology, and ensures alignment with business goals through Agile practices and stakeholder collaboration.
