Job description

My client has a full time remote opening for a Digital Product Manager. You must have experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Telephony Systems such as Genesys. Client prefers candidates in the Greater Philly area.

The Digital Product Manager is responsible for the vision, prioritization, and delivery of the call center experience for consumers and internal agents, focusing on the integration between the Genesys Telephony System and Salesforce. Acting as both a strategic Product Manager and technical Product Owner, this role drives the product roadmap, fosters a customer-first methodology, and ensures alignment with business goals through Agile practices and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Strategic Ownership: Defines and leads the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for the Genesys-Salesforce integration, prioritizing customer and internal user experience.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Owns end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining vision to delivering measurable outcomes via a prioritized, outcome-focused backlog.
  • Agile Leadership: Facilitates Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and coaches teams/stakeholders on iterative delivery, velocity, and value measurement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Aligns engineering, business stakeholders, and product leadership to ensure roadmap supports company priorities.
  • Customer-First Approach: Drives iterative, fail-fast methodology, translating customer needs into user stories, feature designs, and KPIs to measure success.
  • Technical Facilitation: Manages integration health, monitors system efficiency, and balances innovation with foundational system needs.
  • Release & Adoption: Leads release planning, stakeholder communication, and adoption strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years as a Product Owner, 2+ years in product management.
  • Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), telephony systems (e.g., Genesys), and technical integrations (e.g., APIs).
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and leading matrixed teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
