Job summary

Vertiv in Delaware, Ohio, is seeking a Product Manager for Power Switching & Distribution (PSD) for the Americas to lead commercial growth and strategic initiatives across the United States, Canada and Latin America. You will act as the regional business leader, aligning strategy with the Global BU and optimizing pricing, margins, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; Electrical Engineering preferred. MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in business management, product management, commercial leadership, technical sales, or a related field.
• Experience with electrical power distribution products and infrastructure solutions.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with pricing, forecasting, and performance management experience.
• Experience with hyperscale, colocation, data centers, industrial or critical infrastructure customers preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish/Portuguese preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional business strategy for the PSD portfolio across the Americas.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies, approvals, margins, and opportunities with senior stakeholding teams.
• Own the regional portfolio strategy by identifying market trends and customer needs while influencing the global roadmap.
• Drive forecasting, demand planning, business reviews, and alignment of demand with manufacturing capacity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and the Global BU to launch offerings and improve execution.
• Support annual operating plans and long-range strategic planning to boost performance and customer experience.
