Job summary

Vertiv Co. in Delaware, Ohio, seeks a Regional Business Manager for Power Switching & Distribution (PSD) – Americas to lead commercial growth and strategy across the Americas from the on-site Delaware, Ohio location.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and the Global Business Unit to drive revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction while influencing the product roadmap with Voice of the Customer insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business management, product management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience with electrical power distribution products (Switchgear, Switchboards, Busway, PDU, STS, RPP, ATS, MTS, or similar).
• Strong commercial/financial acumen in pricing, profitability, forecasting, and business performance management.
• Experience working with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise data center, industrial, or critical infrastructure customers is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional PSD portfolio strategy, driving revenue growth, profitability, market share, and long-term business performance across the Americas.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies, commercial approvals, margin improvement initiatives, and strategic business opportunities in partnership with Sales, Finance, and the Global Business Unit.
• Own the regional portfolio strategy by identifying market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies while serving as the Voice of the Customer to influence the global product roadmap.
• Drive forecasting, demand planning, business reviews, and performance mgmt to align customer demand with manufacturing and financial objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and the Global Business Unit to launch new offerings and improve execution.
• Support annual operating plans and long-range strategic planning while leading initiatives that improve business performance and customer experience.
