Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree or 0 years with a PhD.

Responsibilities

• Define solutions with executable business requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, design, and GTM teams to launch Post Purchase capabilities.
• Own features for Post Purchase management from concept through implementation and adoption.
• Interact with clients and executive leadership to solicit feedback and evangelize solutions.
• Drive GTM strategy in partnership with Sales and Marketing and oversee product execution and rollout.
