Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Global B2B Strategic Initiatives. You will own high-impact products and strategic workstreams that influence how billions in commercial spend flow through the Visa network.

Lead programs that enable dynamic interchange, Visa Commercial Choice, and PLT initiatives while partnering with Strategy, Pricing, and Regional teams to drive adoption and scale globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor Degree or 5+ years with Advanced Degree or 2 years with a PhD.
• 9+ years in product management, product development, or product strategy; demonstrated launch and scale experience.
• MBA or advanced degree considered a plus for seniority and scope.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product management and global scaling of key programs.
• Drive adoption with issuing clients worldwide through clear positioning and enablement.
• Evolve products based on market signals, competitive dynamics, and client feedback.
• Serve as the global subject-matter expert for flexible interchange with clients and regions.
• Partner with Strategy, Pricing, and Technology to shape new commercial offerings.
