We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Manager of Product Marketing to act as the subject matter expert (SME), narrative owner, and content creator a critical set of payment acceptance products. Experience in the payments industry is highly favorable, as we need an experienced PMM who can hit the ground running.
In this role, you will directly support our organizational objective to meet or exceed financial performance by increasing pipeline and interest, supporting sellers to drive acquisition, and increasing demand with compelling solution content.
You will own the product narrative across the entire customer journey. This means you are not just focused on net-new acquisition. You are a champion for lifecycle management. You will keep a continuous pulse on what our existing customers need and consistently generate ideas to keep them informed, engaged, and excited about our products and solutions.
You will work within a highly collaborative, matrixed team, partnering closely with product management, regional leads, and campaign and demand teams to deliver the right message, to the right audience, through the right channels.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within payments, fintech, or developer-focused SaaS platforms.
A strong “lifecycle mindset”-demonstrated ability to market to existing customers (retention/upsell) just as effectively as net-new prospects.
Exceptional storytelling and writing capability, with a track record of building impactful messaging frameworks, pitch decks, and one-pagers.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly matrixed organization, collaborating seamlessly with product, sales, regional leads, and campaign execution teams.
The estimated salary range for this position is $138,300.00 to $ 221,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
