Job summary

Visa is seeking a highly strategic Senior Manager of Product Marketing to act as the SME, narrative owner, and content creator for Visa Acceptance Solutions. You will drive product narratives across the customer journey and partner with product management, regional leads, and campaigns to deliver the right message to the right audience.

You will own lifecycle marketing, develop go-to-market plans, and lead compelling content across decks, one-pagers, webinars, and product pages.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor degree or 5+ years with advanced degree.
• Preferred: 9+ years with a bachelor degree or 7+ years with advanced degree or 3+ years with PhD.
• Experience in B2B marketing, fintech, or developer-focused SaaS platforms.
• Lifecycle mindset for marketing to existing customers (retention/upsell).
• Exceptional storytelling and writing capabilities for messaging frameworks, decks and one-pagers.
• Ability to operate in a highly matrixed organization with product, sales and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary product SME for assigned products, developing narratives and go-to-market plans.
• Lead product launch planning and coordination for portfolio, ensuring effective GTM execution.
• Maintain ongoing customer engagement; drive cross-sell, upsell, and feature adoption.
• Create sales enablement materials such as decks and one-pagers; support sellers with solution expertise.
• Collaborate with regional leads and campaign teams to tailor messaging and promotional content.
