Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead products across policy lifecycle management, billing, payments, and related operational workflows. The role focuses on modernizing regulated processes and delivering simpler experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams.

You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and ongoing optimization, partnering with technology, UX, operations, and compliance to set direction, map roadmaps, and measure success.

Qualifications

• Owns product management for complex digital/operational products.
• Experience in policy lifecycle management, billing, or similar processes.
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows within regulatory constraints.
• Experience from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Strong customer experience practices: journey mapping, personas, service design.
• Exposure to Agile product environments and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and roadmap for policy administration, billing, payments, and lifecycle experiences.
• Modernize complex workflows and digital tools while maintaining regulatory requirements.
• Create a connected experience for users managing policies and payments.
• Turn insights into clear product priorities and execution plans.
• Lead sessions mapping current processes and defining future-state experiences.
• Partner with technology, UX, operations, compliance, and business teams.
• Guide products from discovery through delivery and optimization.
