Assured is modernizing insurance by delivering software that powers claims processing for large insurers. We seek a Product Ops/TPM to bridge Sales and Eng, align carrier initiatives, and build scalable processes.

You will own end-to-end carrier projects from scoping to launch, growing toward platform ownership. In this role, you’ll drive cross-functional plans, surface tradeoffs early, and establish clear visibility across teams.

Qualifications

• Real product ops or TPM experience in B2B SaaS or platforms.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership under timeline pressure.
• Ability to scope complex technical work for non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in owning product decisions beyond scope.
• Comfort operating as the bridge between technical and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Bridge gap between Sales promises and Eng delivery.
• Own onboarding plans for new carriers from kickoff to go-live.
• Develop product ops processes: intake, prioritization, status cadence.
• Identify costs/tradeoffs before requests become fires.
• Translate carrier requirements into engineering specs.
• Spot patterns across carrier projects to drive platform fixes.
• Maintain RAID logs, dependencies, and critical path planning.
• Grow into platform product ownership.
