Qualifications

• At least 4 years of product management experience with technical products or platforms.
• Experience in billing, payments, or related financial platforms (insurance preferred).
• Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams on design, data flows, reliability, and scalability.
• Proven ability to use metrics to drive prioritization and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a technical product within Billing and Payments.
• Own product outcomes by establishing success measures and data-driven prioritization.
• Lead discovery and test‑and‑learn activities before scaling solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering to shape platform direction and prioritize work across features and technical debt.
• Translate business problems into well‑sequenced investments with clear value and dependencies.
