Grow Therapy is seeking a Product Manager for the Payments Experience team to own a charter focused on delivering a best-in-class payments experience for clients. You will define the vision and roadmap to reduce cost uncertainty and enable access to care, collaborating with engineering, design, data, and operations to turn complex insurance concepts into clear, intuitive experiences.

You’ll partner with UXR, Client Support, and Data teams to identify opportunities and deliver a frictionless

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product management role owning end-to-end surface area.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent prioritization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Empathy for users and ability to translate pain points into solutions.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving results in speed-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for the Payments Experience team.
