Job summary

Candid Health is expanding its Product Management team and seeks an experienced PM to partner with engineering and external customers. You will shape the vision of large sections of the product surface area and impact how providers serve patients.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering and Design, build scalable systems, and translate field signals into prioritized features while aligning with business goals. This is a hybrid, in-person culture position with routes to impact across the product

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Data-intensive product experience.
• Ground thinking in unit economics.
• Data-driven with insights to influence decisions.
• Low ego and high output.
• Outcome oriented, collaborative, bias towards action.
• Ability to read or write code, or empathize with engineers.
• Experience leading a product team or scaling engineering culture.
• Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Improve existing product management practices and build new systems.
• Build and execute the product vision with Engineering and Design.
• Identify gaps and generate new ideas by analyzing the business and product.
• Be accountable for business goals and partner teams.
• Create rigorous dashboards for visibility and accountability.
• Capture field signals and customer needs to prioritize features.
• Communicate new feature rollouts to customers and internal stakeholders.
