Job summary

XRHEALTH INC is seeking a Product Manager for Enrollment & Engagement in Needham, MA. You’ll own the patient journey from first touch through enrollment and ongoing engagement, identifying where patients drop off, why they stay, and what to build to help more patients access care.

You’ll work closely with patients, clinicians, and support teams to turn feedback and usage data into clear product priorities for engineering and design.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in product management in digital health or regulated products.
Experience owning funnel, activation, or engagement metrics and improving them.
Experience with product analytics tools and deriving insights.

Responsibilities

Own enrollment and engagement metrics across the patient journey.
Monitor usage data to spot trends, friction points, and opportunities.
Run structured feedback loops with patients, clinicians, and the support team.
Translate feedback and data into well-defined problems, user stories, and requirements.
Partner with Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Support to improve enrollment flows.
Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, pilots) and report outcomes.
Serve as the voice of the patient and clinician in product discussions.
Keep product documentation and release notes current.
