Job summary

Nitra, Inc. is seeking a VP of Product to take a healthcare fintech platform from zero to scale. You will own the product vision and roadmap across multiple verticals and lead a distributed team of product managers, designers, and engineers.

You will partner with founders and executives to align strategy with fundraising milestones, drive discovery with clinics, and set performance metrics that matter for growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling a healthcare product from zero at a VC-backed company.
• Proven ability to lead a product team and hire great talent.
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Finance, Procurement, Patient Management, AI HR, and Marketplace.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers and set high standards for thinking and execution.
• Collaborate with co-founders and executive leadership to align strategy with business priorities and fundraising milestones.
• Partner with distributed engineering and design teams across time zones to maintain high output.
• Drive discovery with healthcare customers to reflect real workflow needs in the product.
• Define and own key metrics like activation, retention, NRR, and feature adoption.
• Set standards for sprint processes, PRDs, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Translate AI capabilities into clinically relevant, operationally sound features.
• Recruit and develop product management talent as the organization scales.
