• Manage end-to-end digital experiences, prioritizing usability improvements and conversions.
• Define and track KPIs (adoption, conversion, activation, engagement, satisfaction) and use data to inform decisions.
• Leverage data and AI-driven insights to identify opportunities for personalization, automation, and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, including user stories and backlog prioritization.
• Partner with technology and design teams to deliver scalable solutions in an agile environment.
• Drive ongoing optimization, including experimentation (A/B tests) and continuous learning.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to align with regulatory, risk and operations requirements.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring intuitive and integrated solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance product functionality.
• Monitor product performance post-launch to identify issues and opportunities.
