Job summary

Nitra is building a healthcare-focused AI-native platform. We’re seeking a VP of Product who has taken a healthcare product from zero to scale, partnering with clinics and operators, and leading a distributed team across time zones.

You will own the product vision and roadmap across Finance, Procurement, Patient Management, AI HR, and Marketplace, while driving metrics and collaborating with founders on strategy and fundraising milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling a healthcare product from zero to scale.
• Deep health tech domain knowledge about clinics and health systems.
• Experience at a high-growth, pre-Series C company without a fixed playbook.
• Proven track record of building and developing a product team.
• Comfort working with overseas engineering and design teams across time zones.
• Strong command of the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap across all verticals — Finance, Procurement, Patient Management, AI HR, and Marketplace.
• Lead and develop a product management team with a high bar for thinking, execution, and customer obsession.
• Collaborate with founders and executives to align strategy with priorities and fundraising milestones.
• Work with distributed engineering/design teams across time zones; maintain high output.
• Drive discovery with healthcare customers to reflect real workflow needs.
• Define key product metrics including activation, retention, NRR, feature adoption.
• Set standards for how Nitra ships—sprint processes, PRDs, roadmap communication.
• Translate AI capabilities into clinically relevant, operational, differentiating features.
• Recruit and develop product management talent as the company scales.
