Job summary

Nylas is seeking a Product Manager to usher in a new era of integrating with communication data. You’ll own outcomes end-to-end, from early discovery through shipping and scaling, with autonomy to move fast and the judgment to know when to slow down.

You will partner with leadership, translate complex AI-enabled workflows into business value, shape GTM strategy with Marketing, and deeply understand how developers build AI-powered apps to ensure Nylas becomes indispensable in that stack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience working on technical products.
• Background in software engineering or demonstrated builder experience.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering on requirements, trade-offs, and technical risks.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define and execute areas of the product portfolio aligned with company AI objectives.
• Translate deeply technical concepts into clear business value and bets.
• Collaborate with Marketing on GTM strategy and developer-focused narratives.
• Understand how developers are building AI-powered apps and where Nylas fits.
• Lead discovery with developer communities and enterprise partners and validate market needs.
• Own documentation and launch lifecycle to raise developer experience.
• Move fast on low-risk problems and take initiative.
