Job summary

Uplift is seeking a Product Manager, Operations to improve systems, tools, and workflows powering day-to-day operations. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to automate and streamline processes, translating requirements into technical specs and delivering scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

You'll gather business needs, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and assess impact through data and metrics.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Product Management experience in financial services, fintech, or operational environments.
• Experience with Contact Center, Customer Support, or Servicing operations.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, write product specs, and collaborate with Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation within operations.
• Translate business requirements into product specifications and actionable deliverables for Engineering.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute operational product initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Improve contact center workflows and customer communication channels (voice, chat, email, AI-powered support).
• Collaborate on automation and AI initiatives to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery of enhancements.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure product performance and impact.
