Job summary

Upgrade is seeking a Product Manager, Operations to improve systems, tools, and workflows powering day-to-day operations. You’ll partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to identify automation opportunities, translate needs into specifications, and drive scalable solutions that boost efficiency and customer experience.

You’ll gather requirements, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and measure impact through data and metrics.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Product Management experience in financial services, fintech, or ops environments.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into specs for engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into product specs and user stories.
• Support prioritization and delivery of operational product initiatives.
• Improve contact center workflows including voice, chat, email, and AI-powered support.
• Collaborate on automation and AI initiatives to reduce manual work.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Use data and analytics to measure product performance and business impact.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for product management.
