Job summary

Liftify Prime Hospitality Group is seeking a Technical Operations professional to own internal tooling and systems that keep the business running day to day in Indianapolis. You will design and automate operational workflows across Customer, Sales, and Product, and integrate the internal stack so data flows cleanly between systems.

You are a systems thinker with 4+ years in technical operations or systems administration, able to automate SaaS tools and communicate clearly across teams.

• 4+ years in technical operations, revenue operations, or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience integrating and automating SaaS tools.
• A systems thinker who turns manual work into reliable process.
• Clear communicator who works across every team.
