Job summary

Lifted (an Upwork Company) seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive Financial Systems, BI, and Revenue Operations initiatives in a complex enterprise setting. You will translate business needs into functional specs for engineering, partner with Finance, Legal, and Ops, and ensure seamless data flows from CPQ/CLM to ERP and analytics.

You will balance deep product sense with practical financial systems knowledge, ensuring governance, reporting and dashboards meet executive-level expectations

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in Financial Systems, BI or Revenue Ops.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle, billing, entitlements, ASC 606.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.
• Experience validating pricing, order and contract data for dashboards.
• Analytical, process-mapping, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into non-technical specs for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own and support PM initiatives across Financial Systems, Order-to-Cash, Revenue Ops, and BI.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Ops to map processes and drive alignment.
• Document end-to-end workflows for contracts, billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition.
• Validate data to troubleshoot issues and enable accurate reporting.
• Define requirements for dashboards and analytics to improve visibility.
• Create process maps, business requirements, and functional specs for engineering.
• Ensure data and financial-system logic are reflected in downstream BI platforms.
• Map data flows between CPQ/CLM, ERP, billing, and analytics environments.
• Identify data quality improvements and opportunities for efficiency.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders to resolve ambiguity and push initiatives forward.
