Job summary

Upgrade, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Operations to optimize the systems, tools, and workflows that power day-to-day operations.

You’ll partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to automate and streamline processes, delivering scalable solutions that boost efficiency and customer experience. You’ll gather requirements, translate operational needs into technical specifications, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support projects from planning through implementation,

Qualifications

2-4 years of Product Management experience in financial/services/operational environments.
Strong ability to gather requirements and translate needs into specifications.
Experience with SQL/data analysis to drive decisions.
Experience with third-party APIs and system integrations.
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into product specs and user stories for engineering.
Support prioritization and delivery of operational product initiatives.
Improve contact center workflows and customer communication channels (voice, chat, email, AI-powered support).
Collaborate on automation and AI initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.
Track progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure delivery of enhancements.
Use data/analytics to evaluate product performance and impact.
