Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a mid-level Product Manager to support mobile device and store technology solutions. You will own capabilities across handheld scanners, tablets, mobile apps, device management, and store systems.

You will collaborate with engineering, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate needs into roadmaps, manage backlogs, and drive product delivery in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with mobile apps and hardware-enabled software.
• Experience with device management or enterprise technology.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Experience with device integrations, APIs, scanning tech, or connected workflows preferred.
• Retail or store operations experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for mobile devices and applications.
• Translate business and operational needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and backlogs.
• Partner with engineering, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Support device onboarding, deployment, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Drive improvements across scanning, connectivity, application performance, and store workflows.
• Manage user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product delivery.
