Job summary

BuildOps is seeking a Product Manager on the Mobile team to connect engineering, design, and field technicians. You’ll lead sprint planning, groom the backlog, and turn feedback into concrete tickets, guiding release notes and announcements for mobile features.

You’ll work directly with customers, map priorities, and ensure mobile navigation, data loading, and offline sync are robust while collaborating across product domains for a cohesive mobile experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience or equivalent in engineering/QA/technical PM
• Strong organizational skills and agile execution
• Clear written communication for tickets, release notes, and announcements
• Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable tickets
• Curiosity about mobile app mechanics and navigation patterns

Responsibilities

• Drive sprint cadence for the mobile team and grooming, planning, retros
• Write clear, well-scoped tickets and prioritize backlog
• Own release notes and feature announcements for mobile
• Meet with customers and field technicians to gather feedback
• Spot blockers and elevate to keep execution moving
• Ensure fix versions and scope align with the roadmap
• Develop fluency in mobile fundamentals to assist other domains
