Job summary

BuildOps is seeking a Product Manager for our Mobile team who will be the connective tissue between engineering, design, and field technicians relying on our app. You will own sprint planning, grooming, and retros, and transform customer feedback into actionable tickets that drive shipping.

You’ll grow expertise in navigation, data loading, and offline sync for a better mobile experience. You will collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work, manage release notes, and ensure alignment with

Qualifications

2+ years of product management experience or equivalent (engineering, QA, TPM) with shipping software.
Strong organizational skills and agile execution (grooming, planning, standups, retros).
Clear written communication in tickets, release notes, and announcements.

Responsibilities

Lead sprint cadence for the mobile team, grooming, planning, retros.
Write clear, well-scoped tickets and prioritize backlog to unblock the team.
Own release notes and feature announcements for mobile.
Meet with customers and field technicians to gather feedback and translate into tickets.
Spot blockers and escalate to keep delivery moving.
Ensure fix versions and scope align with the roadmap with engineering leads.
Develop fluency in mobile fundamentals to help other domains design mobile-friendly features.
