Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the mobile device experience across store operations. You will drive strategy for handheld scanners, tablets, and related apps, aligning store needs with hardware and software capabilities for reliable, scalable solutions.

You will partner with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable product roadmaps and backlog priorities, ensuring high-impact outcomes for stores and field teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience in enterprise tools, mobile apps, or retail tech.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technical, vendor, IT, and field teams.
• Experience in Agile environments with backlog management and sprint execution.
• Experience defining or delivering mobile apps, device integrations, or connected workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve product strategy for Clients mobile device hardware and software support, including devices and related tools.
• Translate store, field operations, franchisee, and business needs into a clear product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Identify opportunities to simplify store operations and improve efficiency through reliable mobile devices and integrated digital solutions.
• Define and improve device onboarding, provisioning, configuration, app distribution, updates, security, and support workflows.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, IT, hardware vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable mobile solutions.
• Write and refine user stories, manage backlog grooming, and participate in sprint planning and execution.
