Job summary

Highmark Health in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a data-driven Product Manager to lead omnichannel member service data products. You will define and deliver reusable data assets spanning member interactions, preferences, service outcomes, and engagement behaviors, while ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance.

You will own the product backlog, set roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Product experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience.
• 1 year with the Agile process (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop a holistic product vision and strategy aligned to the department and company roadmap.
• Anticipate future needs using metrics and qualitative input to improve assets.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Clearly communicates roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to all audiences.
• Own the product backlog and refresh/prioritize backlog with internal and partner input.
• Identify and drive cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
• Other duties as assigned.
