Highmark Health seeks a data product manager to leverage multichannel interaction data across omnichannel platforms to improve member experience and service operations. You will define and deliver trusted data assets, govern data quality, and align roadmaps with enterprise objectives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in product management, strong data product skills, and experience with governance, compliance, and data strategy across customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Product experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience.
• 1 year with the Agile process (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and develops a holistic product vision and the corresponding product strategy to drive maximum value.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences.
• Own the product backlog and refresh/re-prioritize backlog based on input from internal and partner teams.
• Identify and drive cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
• Other duties as assigned.
