Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Data Product Manager to leverage member service data across omnichannel platforms—chat, voice, and digital interactions—to improve member experience and operational efficiency.

You will define strategic data assets, develop roadmaps, and govern data quality and accessibility, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver trusted data products that scale and drive business value for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field
• 3 years of Product experience
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience
• 1 year with the Agile process

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmaps to drive maximum value across the portfolio
• Anticipate future needs using metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvement opportunities
• Represent the product in governance meetings and ensure alignment with executives
• Own and manage the product backlog with cross-functional input and regular prioritization
• Drive cross-product and cross-customer value and share learnings
• Perform other duties as assigned
