Job summary

Insight Global's client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Loyalty Product team and drive the redesign of the loyalty program. This role focuses on discovery to support roadmap planning, with ramp-up beginning in Q2.

The candidate will manage stakeholder relationships, lead cross-functional discovery, and translate business needs into technical requirements, epics, and user stories in Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of Product Management experience, including leading Agile sprints and backlog prioritization.
  • Strong understanding of Loyalty Programs and multi-channel incentives.
  • Experience with product tracking tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Solid background in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Experience launching a new loyalty program.

Insight Global's client is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help join their Loyalty Product team to support the new Loyalty program. This will be a high visibility very important project to the company as they redo their Loyalty program. We are looking for someone who can help with discovery as they plan the roadmap, then in Q2 things will start to ramp up.

Key responsibilities:

Skills and Requirements
  • 5–7 years of Product Management experience, including leading Agile sprints, partnering with engineering teams, managing backlogs, and prioritizing work to drive product delivery
  • Strong understanding of Loyalty Programs, including how rewards, returns, and earning structures function across channels such as in-store, mobile app, and promotional incentives
  • Experience with product tracking tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar platforms
  • Solid background in Agile or Scrum environments
