Job summary

BOSCH Rexroth in the United States is seeking a senior Product/Portfolio leader for Linear Technology to plan, coordinate, and develop the Linear Components portfolio, including Ball, Roller, and related assemblies. You will own revenue, margins, and profitability while shaping the roadmap and pricing strategies across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering or 10 years of relevant work experience.
• 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, engineering or product management. Travel up to 30% required.
• Strong knowledge of linear technology products and applications with focus on electromechanical solutions.
• Desirable knowledge of SAP ERP system.
• Previous international experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficient in ERP and office software tools including SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and develop activities for the Linear Technology Product Area Linear Components portfolio, serving as the primary source for long-term development of sales and marketing processes and plans for the product group.
• Own the product portfolio revenue, margin, growth, and profitability.
• Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
• Develop Go-To-Market strategies and portfolio optimization including lifecycle phase-outs.
• Support annual business planning, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Define product positioning, value propositions, and market segmentation.
• Establish pricing strategies and manage product pricing throughout the lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain assortment management for each product.
• Develop sales enabling tools.
• Act as the technical expert for the Products and perform functions in a teamwork environment.
• Demonstrate high-level knowledge of sales and engineering principles with full product line understanding.
• Utilize project management skills to maintain control of tasks and ensure quality.
