Bosch Rexroth is seeking a senior product professional to lead the Linear Technology Product Area, spanning ball, roller, and rail systems. You will drive revenue, margin and lifecycle strategies while shaping the roadmap and market approach based on customer needs.

You will also coordinate pricing, GTM plans, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and engineering. International exposure and strong SAP/MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, engineering or product management.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.
• Strong knowledge of linear technology products and applications.
• Experience with SAP ERP.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and develop activities for the Linear Technology Product Area.
• Own the product portfolio revenue, margin, growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
• Define pricing strategies and manage lifecycle.
• Collaborate with LT Sales and Distribution Management to diagnose account needs.
• Provide marketing feedback for product launches and campaigns.
